We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time fixed-term contract (CDD).
This role is ideal for someone looking for a job in social impact, who enjoys supporting daily office operations, keeping records organized, and assisting management with administrative and coordination tasks.
Main Responsibilities
– Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
– Assist with general office operations and coordination
– Maintain accurate records of service delivery and administrative activities
– Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
– Handle filing, document management, and data entry
– Support business administration and reporting tasks
– Perform other administrative duties as needed
Profile
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Good attention to detail and accuracy
– Comfortable handling administrative and record-keeping tasks
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage priorities
– Proficiency with standard office software tools
– Previous administrative or office support experience is an asset

3) Freelance Digital Literacy Teacher – Many languages
Requirements:
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Luxembourgish, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Tigrinya, Ukrainian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin or Serbian.
Prior knowledge and mastery of online digital tools such as LuxTrust, MyGuichet, and other essential digital platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with individuals who are new to the digital world.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their digital literacy journey.
Responsibilities:
Conducting computer beginners classes to teach essential digital skills.
Providing guidance and support to individuals in utilizing online tools effectively.
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Adhering to the curriculum, lesson plans, and presentations provided by Digital Inclusion
