Thank you for your application, but it is not complete yet. You can complete it now

You have submitted an application for a computer from Digital Inclusion. You have received an email with the details of your application. If you don’t receive any email, please come to our Open Classroom (Fridays, 09:30–13:30). If necessary, we will update your email address.

IMPORTANT: Please note that your application is NOT COMPLETE until you provide proof of eligibility (unless you already did it before). This means you are not yet on the waiting list.

But we have good news! You can now submit your proof of eligibility by completing the form below. Depending on your situation, please provide the required valid documents:

  • (8a) Cost-of-living benefit (allocation vie chère) → certificate or decision letter (less than 12 months old) AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8b) Collective debt settlement procedure → certificate from Ministry of Family AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8c) Residence Permit “Vie Privée” → valid residence permit AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8d) Asylum seeker (DPI) → valid ONA file (“pink paper,” ONA number visible). The original will be checked during your computer pick-up appointment (including back-side date stamps).
  • (8e) Beneficiary of temporary protection (BPT) → official document (attestation or valid residence permit) AND Luxembourgish social security card

If you are not yet ready to upload the documents, don’t worry. You can send them at a later moment. Just follow the instructions from the email you received. If you need help to follow the instructions, or if you need assistance to attach the picture of your eligibility proof, we offer individual support during our Open Classroom (Fridays, 9h30–13h30; last entry at 13:00).
