The main objective of the course is to understand how to safely access online information and services as part of one’s day-to-day life in Luxembourg. We cover many topics including accessing government services online with MyGuichet.lu (via LuxTrust, for example), using websites and apps for mobility, banking, and health, and finding local information online.

L’objectif principal de ce cours est de comprendre comment accéder en toute sécurité aux informations et services en ligne dans le cadre de sa vie quotidienne au Luxembourg. Nous aborderons de nombreux sujets, notamment l’accès aux services gouvernementaux en ligne avec MyGuichet.lu (via LuxTrust, par exemple), l’utilisation de sites web et d’applications pour la mobilité, les services bancaires et la santé, ainsi que la recherche d’informations locales en ligne.
