If you are a social assistant, you can apply for a computer on behalf of an unaccompanied minor (MNA).
IMPORTANT: the computer can only be picked up if the MNA is present at the given appointment.
Please send an email to computerwaitinglist@digital-inclusion.lu with:
1. Computer choice
- Example: “A – Laptop (Windows 11 compatible)” (see section “What type of computer can one apply for?” in this link)
2. Social assistant details
- (MNA_SA1) Full name of the social assistant
- (MNA_SA2) Organization / service name
- (MNA_SA3) Telephone number
- (MNA_SA4) Email address
3. Beneficiary details
- (MNA_M1) Social security number (matricule)
- (MNA_M2) Family name
- (MNA_M3) First name
- (MNA_M4) Current address or hosting structure
- (MNA_M5) Country of birth
- (MNA_M6) Native language
4. Proof of eligibility (attach the relevant document, depending on the minor’s status)
- (MNA_DOC1) Asylum seeker (DPI) → valid ONA file of the minor (“pink paper,” ONA number visible). The original will be checked during appointment (including back-side date stamps).
- (MNA_DOC2) Beneficiary of temporary protection (BPT) → official document (attestation de bénéficiaire or valid residence permit) and the Luxembourgish social security card of the minor.
- (MNA_DOC3) Other status (passport, Vie Privée, etc.) → valid proof document and the Luxembourgish social security card of the minor.
💡 Reminder: Only a social assistant can apply on behalf of an MNA. The computer will be registered to the minor, not to the social assistant or the organization.
