Please note that an adult cannot apply for themselves and for a minor at the same time, and that a household can only have one application for a 12-18-year old minor at the same time. This means you always have to wait for one computer to be distributed before submitting an application for another minor.
To apply for a computer for a 12–18-year-old in your household, send an email to computerwaitinglist@digital-inclusion.lu with:
1. Computer choice
- Example: “A – Laptop (Windows 11 compatible)” (see section “What type of computer can one apply for?” in this link)
2. Applicant (adult) information
- (1) Social security number (matricule)
- (2) Family name
- (3) First name
- (4) Current address

- (6) Country of origin
3. Minor information
- (M1) Social security number (matricule) of the minor
- (M2) Family name
- (M3) First name
4. Proofs of eligibility and household link
