Apply for a computer, as an adult, for yourself

If you are an adult and you want to apply for a computer, send an email to computerwaitinglist@digital-inclusion.lu with:

1. Your computer choice

  • Example: “A – Laptop (Windows 11 compatible)” (see section “What type of computer can one apply for?” in this link)

2. Your personal details

  • (1) Social security number (“matricule”; for example, 1985052201234)
  • (2) Family name
  • (3) First name
  • (4) Current address
  • (5) Telephone number
  • (6) Country of birth
  • (7) Native language

3. A copy of your eligibility proof(s) (depending on your situation):

  • (8a) Cost-of-living benefit (allocation vie chère) → certificate or decision letter (less than 12 months old) AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8b) Collective debt settlement procedure → certificate from Ministry of Family AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8c) Residence Permit “Vie Privée” → valid residence permit AND Luxembourgish social security card
  • (8d) Asylum seeker (DPI) → valid ONA file (“pink paper,” ONA number visible). The original will be checked during your computer pick-up appointment (including back-side date stamps).
  • (8e) Beneficiary of temporary protection (BPT) → official document (attestation or valid residence permit) AND Luxembourgish social security card
