If you need assistance to send this email, or if you need assistance to attach the picture of your eligibility proof, we offer individual support during our Open Classroom (Fridays, 9h30–13h30).

We’re unable to continue with your application because our records show that you once received a computer from Digital Inclusion and you still have it (RULE2_FAIL: Already Received Computer).

If you have already returned the computer and this is not yet reflected in our system, please email computerwaitinglist@digital-inclusion.lu with your matricule so we can clarify the situation and advise on next steps.
