Job offer: Smartphone Repair Technician – part-time position
 (20h or 30h /week, CDD. starting January 2019, Luxembourg city)

Digital Inclusion is looking for an experienced Smartphone Repair Technician.

Through our new project “Smartphone Reuse”, we aim to collect, repair and distribute smartphones to people who need but cannot afford one. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Smartphone Repair Technician. The Smartphone Repair Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and documenting all faulty devices. He/she will also (co-)organize workshops or volunteers, who will learn how to repair smartphones under his/her supervision.

We are looking for the following profile:

• experience with smartphone repairs, both Apple and Android phones
• French and English: good knowledge in either one, basic in the other
• skilled for teamwork and communication

Job offer: IT specialist – part-time position
 (20h or 30h /week, CDD. starting January 2019)

Digital Inclusion is looking for an IT specialist to work with our team. The work will include software maintenance on our office and classroom PC’s, IT assistance to the office team and assistance to our computer classes.

We are looking for the following profile:

• experience with Windows and office software
• experience in IT support
• French and English: good knowledge in either one, basic in the other
• skilled for teamwork and communication
